We seek to guarantee this quality in food safety, through the implementation of a Food Safety Management System, in accordance with the general principles of Hygiene of the Codex Alimentarius and compliance with all legal requirements. General Management focuses its Management System towards compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and all other requirements, including authenticity, to obtain safe and legally complaint food.
